STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN – UBI Global has launched a new local partnership with CBIA (Chinese Business Incubation Association), based in Taipei, Taiwan. As part of the company mission to help business incubators become more efficient and competitive, UBI Global aims to strengthen the bonds with CBIA and the Taiwanese incubation ecosystem.
CBIA 社團法人中華創業育成協會 is a non-profit organization with the goal to enhance the development of incubation centers as well as the exchange of incubation experience, by fostering entrepreneurship and promoting a sustainable and competitive development of small businesses in Taiwan.
The Asia-Pacific is the fourth largest region UBI Global benchmarks in terms of sample size and CBIA is a key player in the area. UBI Global sees this partnership as a way to enhance its incubation development activities in Taiwan, through performing data acquisition in the direction of better assisting in knowledge on top of sharing best practices within the global incubation community.
The announcement of the partnership was made by Ali Amin, UBI Global’s CEO and co-founder, during the closing session of the Future Talent Summit 2016, which took place in Stockholm, Sweden late June.
“We are delighted to join forces with CBIA. They have been at the heart of the business incubation ecosystem in Taiwan and this collaboration will allow us to be more present in the Asia-Pacific region, as well as to cooperate in areas of mutual concern”, said Ali Amin.
“We’re glad to team up with UBI Global in the interest of enhancing the competitiveness of Taiwanese business incubation and fostering much-needed entrepreneurship in our region by learning from international best practices”, completed Hank Huang, Chairman of the Chinese Business Incubation Association.
