It’s been a while since our last communication, and we're aware that you’ve noticed. Since the World Incubation Summit, silence has filled the space where conversations, collaboration, and the celebration of innovation once thrived. Today, we want to break that silence—not just with words, but with renewed energy, vision, and offerings.

We’ve been listening.
During the Summit, in conversations, surveys, and quiet moments afterward, we heard clearly from so many of you: What you do matters to us. Your incubators, accelerators, and innovation programs fuel economies, launch impactful startups, and shape the future. And in turn, you told us that what we do—benchmarking, and knowledge sharing—matters to your success.

The brutal honesty? We were disrupted.
AI, digital transformation, and the shifting innovation landscape changed more than just your world—they deeply affected ours too. We realized that business as usual would no longer cut it. So, instead of resisting change, we embraced it. And then, we reinvented ourselves.

We are excited to officially (re)introduce UBI Global with a transformed purpose and offering, designed with your future in mind.

UBI Academy

We believe that sharing knowledge is more critical than ever. UBI Academy is our new resource and learning hub created to equip innovation leaders with the tools, insights, and practical frameworks needed to thrive in this AI-driven, fast-changing environment. From masterclasses to case studies, expert contributions to peer-to-peer learning, UBI Academy is here to educate, connect, and inspire. We created a new membership plan, now also serving individuals so that we could embrace more innovation professionals that are keen to learn from and interact with startup incubators and accelerators.

UBI Ranking

The cornerstone of trust and global visibility is back and even more valuable to your organization’s excellence. The new UBI Ranking will continue to recognize the world’s top-performing startup incubators and accelerators, now enhanced by smarter data, AI-driven insights, and benchmarking tools designed to help your organization improve and shine—both locally and globally.

Membership

Now available for Startup Incubator-Accelerator Organizations and Individual Innovation Professionals. With our new engagement model, we’re making it easier than ever to stay connected, resourced, and ahead of the curve. Members will gain access to curated content, exclusive events, networking opportunities, and a global platform to share and amplify their impact. The Incubation Membership Plan includes three seats to the UBI Academy for your professional team, as well as the ability to unlock your Startup Incubator's performance insights through UBI Benchmark. Participation in the UBI Ranking is also included with membership.
